I want to 한국어

Deleting your account really deletes it. It is not a deactivation and not a hidden state. Use whichever of the two routes below suits you.

Route 1 — in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the “I want to…” app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm when prompted.

Deletion happens the moment you confirm. There is no waiting period, and it cannot be undone.

Route 2 — by email (if you have removed the app or cannot sign in)

Send an email from the address you signed up with. “Please delete my account” in the body is enough.

[email protected]

It must come from the address you registered with, so we can tell it is you. Once verified we delete the account within 30 days — usually within a few days — and email you to confirm. If you write from a different address we may have to ask for more verification first.

What gets deleted

All of this goes with the account:

DataOutcome
Your account and sign-in credentialsDeleted
Email address, display name, handle, profile imageDeleted
Group membershipsDeleted — you leave every group
Every press you have made (time, position in the queue, cancellations)Deleted
Your link to rounds you opened or endedDeleted
Availability, notification preferences, mute settingsDeleted
All device push tokensDeleted — notifications stop
Invite codes you createdDeleted — they stop working immediately
Your block list and reports you filedDeleted
What happens to your groups

A group you owned does not disappear. Ownership passes automatically to one of the remaining members so everyone else can carry on. If you were the last member, the group and its records are deleted along with you.

Does anything remain?

Nothing else remains. We do not keep data from deleted accounts for statistics or for any other purpose.
